Course objectives
The Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management is made up of three mandatory units which enable participants to understand, develop and demonstrate knowledge and skills in workplace coaching and mentoring.
1) In the first mandatory unit participants explore the characteristics of effective coaches and mentors, going on to Present a business case for using coaching or mentoring in their organisation.
2) In the second unit participants review their own ability as a management coach or mentor, exploring their ethical and moral views as well as communication skills.
3) During the final mandatory unit participants plan and deliver a short coaching or mentoring programme in line with their organisational, divisional or team goals.

ILM level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring Next course start date: February 3rd and 4th March 2nd and 3rd, April 7th. Times: 09.30 – 17.00 Duration: 5days over a 3 month period – Diploma Supervision to be agreed individual ` Cost: Certificate £981.00 Diploma £1,615.00 including ILM registration fee
