Volunteer as a Personal Life Coach or Mentor
HCMA are looking to recruit personal Life Coachs or mentors to support our clients with life management
Employment coaching is a 21 week course designed to give people the skills and qualifications needed to be able to go on and gain employment
Each Life Coach or mentor will work with a person for a period of around 8 months in order to help and encourage them to take on further training as necessary or to help them with job searching
Each person will work with a volunteer Life coach or Mentor upon completion of the employment coaching programme but may need additional help and support to motivate them to take their next steps
